Responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s end-to-end logistics network—including local fleet operations, national carrier management, and outsourced network design functions. This role plays a strategic and tactical leadership role, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods across Graham’s North American footprint. The Director partners cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Service to deliver operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
The Region - Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and performance of the company’s fleet of vehicles within a specific geographical region. This includes ensuring the fleet is maintained to meet operational needs, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. The Region - Fleet Manager will lead a team of fleet technicians, maintenance staff, and operators, working closely with other departments to optimize fleet utilization, reduce downtime, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
